Elementary School Ministry

Sunday Morning Classes

9:00 a.m.

1st-3rd Grade: Room 103. This fall we are excited to embark on the series, "God of Wonders," an engaging, hands-on study of the Bible. The emphasis is on exploring the gospel and learning about Jesus as the God of wonders, the God of healing, as Lord and Savior.

4th-6th grade: Room 101. We are excited to venture into some wonderful Bible Study using a series entitled "Kings and Kingdoms."  Through this series students will fully explore the gospels and discuss Jesus' role as King--the King who is with us, the King who serves, the King who loves, and the King who rose.

10:35 a.m.

Our second service (10:35 a.m.) 1st-4th grade classes approach the study of the Bible chronologically. Through this approach, students can see how God, through time, has pursued a relationship with man. These classes also help us see how because of sin, people really need a savior.

All students, 1st-6th grade for worship. After worship, 5th and 6th graders are dismissed for their own series of Bible study.

1st-4th grade: Lifeway, Gospel Project. Students are in room 203 for large group teaching time. At the completion of large group, students continue discussion in small groups.

Our Volunteers

We have amazing volunteers.  Our volunteers range from high school students to moms and dads with elementary age kids, to retirees.  They bring their love for Jesus, passion for teaching kids, and a wealth of life experiences.

All of our volunteers must consent to background checks and have established Paseo del Rey Church as their home church for a minimum of six months.
